We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Process & Systems Engineer to help transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions — both for our internal operations and for the clients we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize server environments (Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server).
- Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure in AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Support containerized environments using Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Monitor system performance, configure alerts, and troubleshoot issues using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch.
- Manage and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including access control, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure smooth deployment and system operations.
- Respond to system incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL — comfortable writing queries to extract and manipulate structured data
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to explain findings to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or related role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with business process mapping or process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or project management systems
- Google Data Analytics Certificate, Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI), or equivalent certification
