Accounts Support

Accounts Support is responsible for assisting the Accounts Officer in all the administrative works, and maintaining the accuracy of the reports generation based on the data provided.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attaches quotations to respective renewal notice
• Prepares delivery receipts and coordinates with the Collection Section for the mailing and delivery of the renewal notices.
• Maintains Log of Delivery Status.
• Prepares Production Report
• Prepares Statement of Account, Expiry List and Production Report for NLR accounts
• Logs policies, endorsements and cover notes issued to assigned NLR accounts
• Provides all other prospective accounts servicing support requirements as assigned.

• Files delivery receipts in accordance with guidelines.
• Handles disposal of files in accordance with prescribed procedures.
• Maintains stock of office supplies.
• Prepares/files Order of Payment for all disbursements made by the department.

• Knowledge and experience in Insurance Industry is an advantage;
• Fresh Graduate of Business-related courses (for Accounts Officer Support)
• Good people skills;
• Applicants must be willing to work at Makati City

• Any business-related degree
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;
• Great focus with attention to details and highly organized individual.
