• Oversee day-to-day operations and problem-solving across multiple project facets.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including task delegation, scheduling, and resource management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide feedback and support to team members.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, time, and resource constraints.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, project plans, and budgets.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
• Manage any necessary permits or approvals required for the project.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
