In this role, your mission is to drive the success of our projects by accurately estimating costs and managing financial aspects. You will make a direct impact by:

• Preparing accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for HVAC projects using Simpro.
• Reviewing project documentation to assess scope and cost drivers.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and validate pricing.
• Assessing materials, labor, equipment, and timelines to provide complete cost breakdowns.
• Reviewing shop drawings post-award and flagging any inconsistencies or adjustments required.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
• Contributing to continuous improvement in estimating practices and workflow efficiencies.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have proven experience in HVAC or mechanical estimating, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting.

Technical Skills:

• You’re proficient in Simpro, with solid knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

Non-Negotiables:

• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work Day Shift (4 PM–1 AM PH Time).
• Can work effectively from home, anywhere in the Philippines.

Bonus Points:

• Degree or certifications related to HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.

• Compensation: ₱50,000 Base
