AU Billing and Invoicing Assistant (Permanent WFH)

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing finance processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional service across our finance team. The role needs strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Invoice Preparation & Finalisation
  • Reconcile cost data and review margins to ensure accuracy and full cost recovery.
  • Match billing details with purchase orders and client agreements to ensure consistency.
  • Finalise and process invoices within the internal finance system.
Client Portal Management
  • Log in to client-specific invoicing portals to submit completed invoices.
  • Manually input all required invoice data, as automated or email submissions are not supported.
  • Monitor and manage submission statuses, resolving any upload or formatting issues.
Quality & Compliance
  • Adhere to internal quality controls and client billing protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any accounting related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reconciliations, accounts receivable, or relevant work experience is required for this position
  • Knowledge of Australian accounting practices and regulations is required
  • Experience using customer invoicing portals and systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MYOB Advanced, and Microsoft Excel is required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams across time zones
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)

Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH
