Accounting Specialist III
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist who can handle end-to-end accounting tasks and eventually help lead and develop a growing accounting pod. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting experience and the leadership potential to train and support new team members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full accounting cycle: AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
- Communicate regularly with clients and meet expected deadlines.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and guiding junior team members.
- Review work quality and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience (US experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
- Willing to work on a US shift.
- Leadership experience or willingness to mentor is a very strong advantage.
