Field Commercial Executive- Maximize sales and achieve territory volume objective of total PMFTC portfolio
- Provides and maintains quality customer service and develops effective relationships at retail in order to position PMFTC as preferred business partner and maintain competitive advantage
- Assist the Retail Salesman in the execution of agreed sales activities within the assigned territory in order to achieve agreed volume, collection, and distribution targets.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growth
- Implement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities
Skill and competencies:
- Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
- Field sales exposure is an advantage
- With relevant sales/trade projects and initiatives
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission
- Should be comfortable to ride a panel truck / L300 (closed van)
Work Location: Iloilo Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Iloilo Sales Office
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
