About the role

Join Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' growing team as a Financial Software - Customer Service Agent. This full-time role is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and will see you providing high-quality customer service support to users of the company's financial software products.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues via phone, email and chat
  2. Providing step-by-step guidance to help customers resolve problems with the financial software
  3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical support team
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the product team
What we're looking for
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the financial software industry;
  2. *K12 Curriculum – at least SHS graduate will do even if no work experience and even if did not reach college for as long as a graduate of K12 curriculum.
  3. *Old HS Curriculum - completed at least 2 years in college even if no work experience but if not, completed at least 1 sem in college will do plus work experience of least 1 year and 7 months.
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  5. Familiarity with financial software and a keen interest in technology
  6. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
  7. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
