Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software of related infrastructure.
- Providing IT Support for desktop users for any technical issues.
- Identifying/diagnosing/resolving IT hardware and software issues.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Monitor System and Network infrastructure.
- Escalate detected issues to related department.
- Setting up access for new employees and deactivation for resigned employees.
- Log gathering.
- Maintain related procedures and reports that provide support to the organization.
- Training new IT Support.
- Implementing ISO27001:2013 Compliance.
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related course
- Knowledge in troubleshooting computer and basic network skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.
- Willing to work in Makati area.
- Knowledge in Basic Linux Server and/or Windows Server Navigation and Operations is a plus
