Position: Medical Representative
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive Salary (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain updated sales materials and strong product knowledge
  • Provide in-depth product support and conduct in-service demonstrations
  • Foster strong relationships with doctors and key decision-makers to drive product advocacy
  • Conduct regular visits and product presentations to assigned healthcare accounts
  • Manage sales activities within the assigned region
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals while maintaining ethical selling practices
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, patient census, and customer focus areas
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure proper client follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with your supervisor or manager in setting and tracking performance goals
  • Contribute to local and national sales and marketing strategies
  • Submit accurate and timely reports, including sales performance and client feedback

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in the dispensing market and government/bidding institutions is an advantage
  • Experience handling Cardiovascular (CV) and Diabetes markets
  • Strong exposure to Medical Doctors, particularly Internists (IM), General Practitioners (GP), and Family Medicine (FM)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses a customer-first mindset
  • Willing to travel within assigned areas
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
