Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual Quality Analyst to ensure software quality through manual testing, API validation, SQL database verification, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business and functional requirements
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Review test cases and QA deliverables
- Prepare QA reports and testing documentation
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams
- Support automation testing initiatives when required
- Mentor junior QA team members
- Manual Testing
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- System & Integration Testing
- API Testing (Postman, Swagger, or similar tools)
- SQL / Database Validation
- Test Case Design & Execution
- Defect Tracking & Reporting
- SDLC & STLC
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
- Test Planning & Documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manual QA or Software Testing
- Experience creating Master Test Plans
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test design techniques
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with E-commerce applications, including Checkout and Payment Processing
- Enterprise Application Testing
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financial Systems
- Automation Testing using Playwright
- Test Automation Frameworks and Reporting
- ISTQB Certification is an advantage
- 5+ years of Manual QA experience
- Strong experience in API Testing and SQL Validation
- Experience testing enterprise or web-based applications
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
