We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and oversee the accurate processing of incoming

payments and reconciliation of accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of inter-entity

transactions and be proficient in relevant accounting software to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

This role is critical for maintaining the organization’s cash flow and supporting overall financial operations.

What You’ll Do

∙ Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment application, and

collections.

∙ Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

∙ Handle inter-entity transactions and ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment.

∙ Prepare and maintain aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting.

∙ Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

∙ Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

∙ Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.

∙ Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and account

inquiries.

∙ Continuously improve accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred.

∙ 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.

∙ Experience with and understanding of inter-entity transactions.

∙ Proficiency in Xero; and Dext/ReceiptBank accounting software is a plus.

∙ Knowledge of Fishbowl inventory management software is considered an advantage.

∙ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∙ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
