About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Distributor Sales Coordinator to join our team at American Wire and Cable Co., Inc.' in Southern Mindanao. As a Distributor Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our relationships with our valued distributors across Southern Mindanao.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success of our company.
What You'll Be Doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for our distributors in Southern Mindanao, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of any issues or inquiries
- Collaborate with our internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies for our distributor network
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, order processing, and inventory management
- Provide regular reports and analysis on distributor performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the overall distributor experience and identify new opportunities for growth
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the wire and cable or a related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and the local language of Southern Mindanao
