About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Cybersecurity Senior Manager to join our client's team and lead the delivery of managed cybersecurity services. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex cybersecurity challenges while ensuring high-quality service delivery.You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. Your leadership and strategic thinking will help enhance service capabilities and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of managed cybersecurity services across multiple domains
- Ensure high standards of operational performance and service quality
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance incident management processes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving cybersecurity challenges
- Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to improve service offerings continuously
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing insights into service performance and risks
- Drive decision-making and resolve issues impacting team effectiveness and service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in managed security services
- Strong leadership experience in handling complex cybersecurity operations
- Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISM) are highly preferred
- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Can start immediately, if possible
