About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team at our Cebu location. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates looking to launch or advance their career in customer service, with no prior Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer interaction expertise in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns
  3. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery across all customer touchpoints
  6. Assist with outbound customer calls when required to support sales, retention, or follow-up activities
  7. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting team objectives
  8. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and service quality through constructive feedback and suggestions
What we're looking for
  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer needs
  2. Professional telephone etiquette and excellent written communication abilities
  3. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and resolve issues
  4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficiency with computers and comfort learning new software systems quickly
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when addressing customer concerns
  7. Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling challenging situations
  8. Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a customer service setting
  9. Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  10. No prior BPO experience is necessary; training will be provided to successful candidates
