Sales Support Specialist - Full Time Work from Home

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales team by creating compelling proposals, handling administrative tasks, managing client information, and coordinating communications and sales documentation.

Exceptional command of written and spoken English is essential, as you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate value propositions clearly and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write, format, and edit high-quality sales proposals, quotes, presentations, and pitch documents tailored to client needs.
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and client communications.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates and customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, D365).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Human Resources and Recruitment, Finance) to support sales operations and gather relevant content.
  • Ensure the proposal content is consistent, accurate, persuasive, and aligned with brand voice and business goals.
  • Compile and analyse sales data for reporting purposes.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support throughout the sales cycle to help improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and follow-up for post-sale feedback.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, campaigns, or webinars as needed.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent at proposal writing and proficient in using sales enablement tools.
  • In-depth experience using sales platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in proposal writing, administrative and sales support or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to work on multiple proposals, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently under time pressure and deliver error-free outputs.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
