Field Sales Specialist - On Premise Account

Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-premise clients such as bars, restaurants, and hotels

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability within assigned accounts

• Achieve sales targets and drive volume growth within assigned territory
• Conduct regular account visits and provide excellent customer service
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all accounts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel within assigned areas
• Holds a Driver's License restriction 1, 2 pro or can drive L300
