About the role

We are seeking a Front Office Associate to join the team at Santorini Hotel. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay.

What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, checking them in and out efficiently
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing guest reservations, room allocations and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling cash and electronic payments securely and accurately
  • Providing concierge services, such as arranging transportation, making dining reservations, and suggesting local attractions

What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills being an advantage
  • Knowledge of front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and handling cash and electronic payments
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during peak hours
  • A warm, friendly and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
