About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Procurement & Admin Coordinator to support the company's procurement, administrative, and office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, efficient vendor coordination, proper documentation, and smooth day-to-day administrative support while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating with suppliers, managing records, monitoring purchases, and supporting various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Coordination- Source, request, and compare supplier quotations.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), and related procurement documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and product availability.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of purchased items.
- Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of office and operational supplies.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Prepare reports, documents, and administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Assist in meetings, trainings, and company activities.
- Handle and monitor incoming and outgoing documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and Google Workspace
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in property management, construction, retail, or service industries is an advantage but not required.
