Accounting Assistant
About the role
This is a full-time Accounting Assistant role at Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation' based in Dagupan City Pangasinan. You will be supporting the Accounting team with a variety of bookkeeping and small practice accounting tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company's financial operations.
What you'll be doing- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting team, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as suppliers and clients
- Adhering to all relevant financial policies, procedures, and regulations
- Continuously looking for ways to improve and streamline accounting processes
- Relevant experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure
