About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Staff member to join TL Sales and Management Services Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and maintaining efficient office operations. This role is essential to our company's success, as you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, helping to create a productive and professional workplace for all employees.

Key responsibilities
  1. Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone communications
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office resources
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  5. Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documentation
  6. Provide administrative support to multiple departments and staff members
  7. Assist with reception duties and welcome visitors to the office
  8. Maintain accurate and organised filing systems, both physical and digital
  9. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  6. Professional demeanour with a friendly and approachable attitude
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  9. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
  10. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or office management is preferred
