Credit & Collection Supervisor - BGC Taguig

The Credit & Collection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing collection operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounts receivable, and managing timely client payments. This role supervises the collection team, enforces company policies, and ensures efficient financial transactions to support the organization's financial stability and cash flow.

• Oversee daily collection operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable, including current accounts and those with payment

• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances and maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities.
• Verify that bank deposit slips are properly updated in both the server and Excel

• Implement and enforce existing and new collection policies consistently and

• Monitor the issuance and proper documentation of Acknowledgement Receipts

• Ensure collection of Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) and submit related reports on
