We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to manage mid-sales and after-sales customer interactions for our independent e-commerce store. This role involves handling outbound phone calls, managing customer emails, and responding to platform messages during the night shift.
The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction and maintain efficient operations using our designated systems. Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calling (10–20 calls/day): Conduct mid-sales follow-ups, handle after-sales issue resolutions, and perform customer satisfaction surveys via the designated phone system.
- Email Management (20+ emails/day): Handle and process after-sales customer emails
- Store Messages: Monitor and reply to a low volume of incoming customer messages on the independent website.
- Customer Support: Resolve delivery, product inquiry, or refund requests effectively, ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
