LINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures on high-speed manufacturing machinery.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled maintenance checklists to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery for different product variants and packaging sizes.
- :Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Document all repair activities, equipment downtime data, and spare parts usage in the maintenance log.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- With at least 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant. Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Food, or Pharma is highly preferred.
- Proficient with industrial wiring, motors, pneumatic systems, and basic PLC fault diagnosis.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
