As an Organizational Development Associate, you will be a driving force behind creating an engaged, skilled, and adaptable workforce. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of HR practices and the continuous evolution of our logistics operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a related industry

Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organization and project management skills.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with OD counterparts nationwide for daily, monthly and annual report review

Analyze existing logistics processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact.
Generates nationwide reports for operational (staff, sprinter, sorter) efficiency.
Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to assess organizational needs, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies and solutions especially in operations side.
Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose areas for improvement, including organizational structure and department processes.
Collection and validation of employee Job Description based on current position.
Align and update Organizational Structure based on organization needs.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and interventions to enhance employee skills and capabilities especially OD counterparts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as NMD, Operations, QC and HCM to address data-related issues concerning efficiency and performances of DH, DP, DC and HO.
Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness and impact of organizational development initiatives.

Collaborate with HR professionals to align current practices with organizational goals.

Create monthly reports regarding targets, action plan, and recommendation for regional counterparts

Performs other duties as assigned.
