TECHNODREAM WEB DESIGNS, INC. is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with ZOHO, PAYPAL, STRIPE and Billing Account background to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Billing and Payment Support- Handle inbound billing queries from ClickTech members via Zoho Desk, including
- Process and manage refund requests in line with ClickTech's 30-day money-back guarantee
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies using Stripe and PayPal dashboards
- Apply retention strategies before processing cancellation requests, including loyalty offers
- Escalate complex billing issues to the appropriate internal team with full context documented
- Maintain accurate records of all cases, outcomes, and trends for internal reporting
- Liaise with the Customer Support lead when cases require escalation or policy decisions
- Respond to user queries across a range of topics including account access, platform
- Guide members through troubleshooting steps for common issues
- Provide clear and helpful information about platform features including Bite-Size Courses,
- Direct members to appropriate self-serve resources or internal teams where relevant
- Manage and prioritise a daily ticket queue in Zoho Desk, ensuring responses are delivered
- Accurately categorise, tag, and document all tickets to support reporting and quality review
- Follow canned response frameworks while adapting tone and detail to the individual
- Flag recurring issues or patterns to the Customer Support lead for process review
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role handling BILLING ACCOUNT and used PAYPAL and STRIPE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
- Proficiency in using ZOHO as a CRM Tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
