Sourcing Specialist - Davao

The Employee Referral Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing innovative talent sourcing strategies with a strong focus on employee referral programs, external referral networks, and strategic partnerships with academe and local government units (LGUs).

This role ensures a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business hiring needs while strengthening the employer brand in the community and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Referral Program (ERP) Management
  • Design, enhance, and manage the company’s Employee Referral Program.
  • Drive engagement campaigns to increase employee participation.
  • Monitor ERP performance and provide insights/reports on effectiveness and ROI.
  • Recognize and reward successful employee referrals to sustain program motivation.
  1. External Referral Network Development
  • Build and maintain partnerships with professional associations, alumni groups, recruitment networks, and referral communities.
  • Develop campaigns and incentive programs to encourage referrals from external partners.
  • Track and analyze external referral contributions to hiring targets.
  1. Academe and LGU Partnership
  • Forge strong relationships with universities, colleges, training institutions, and LGUs to build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Organize job fairs, career talks, internship programs, and on-campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Partner with LGUs for local employment programs and community-based recruitment drives.
  • Align academic programs with business needs through curriculum support, apprenticeship, or scholarship initiatives where applicable.
  1. Sourcing Strategy and Execution
  • Develop sourcing roadmaps aligned with workforce planning and hiring projections.
  • Leverage data and market insights to recommend sourcing channels and approaches.
  • Ensure sourcing strategies support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  1. Reporting and Analytics
  • Track, analyze, and report on sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and hiring quality.

Provide actionable insights to improve sourcing efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing, with proven exposure to employee referral and external partnership programs.
  • Strong network-building skills and ability to engage stakeholders across academe, LGUs, and external organizations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
