Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Preferably with professional eligibility/license such as Criminologist License, Safety Officer Certification (SO2/SO3), or related security and safety certifications.
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in safety and security operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge in security management, risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response, and safety compliance.
- Familiar with CCTV monitoring, fire safety management, threat assessment, and disaster preparedness programs.
- Knowledgeable in coordinating with government agencies such as PNP, BFP, and other law enforcement units.
- Experienced in handling investigations, report preparation, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Able to conduct trainings, drills, and safety orientations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships.
- Must be highly organized, trustworthy, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report documentation.
- Willing to travel and conduct site inspections within and outside Metro Bacolod.
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license.
