Company Nurse

The role supports workplace wellness through effective clinic management, health programs, and adherence to DOLE OSH regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical care, first aid treatment, and emergency response to employees in accordance with occupational health and safety standards
• Monitor employees’ health status and fitness for work
• Maintain and update employees’ medical records and clinic documentation
• Assist in implementing health and wellness programs, medical examinations, and vaccination activities
• Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government occupational health requirements
• Monitor clinic supplies and maintain proper inventory of medicines and medical equipment

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License
• With 1–2 years of relevant experience in occupational health, company clinic, or related healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and primary care practices
• Familiar with Department of Labor and Employment Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and regulations
• Knowledgeable in basic first aid, emergency response, and health documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential information professionally
• Willing to work on-site and support operational requirements
