About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join our team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.Your role will be pivotal in contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous fashion
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
- Restocking and replenishing food and beverage supplies as needed
- Handling cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer concerns or queries
- Collaborating with the kitchen and management team to ensure consistent and high-quality dining experiences
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
