The Laborer is responsible for performing manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, and other physical work on-site. The role requires physical strength, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions.
Assist in construction and site preparationLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Perform basic tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning
Operate simple tools and equipment when needed
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Follow instructions from supervisors or foremen
Support skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians)
Follow safety rules and procedures at all times
Qualifications/Requirements
Physically fit and able to perform heavy workWith or without experience (experience in construction is an advantage)
Willing to work outdoors and in different weather conditions
Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
Hardworking and dependable
Willing to be relocated as necessary
