About the Role:
GET Philippines is seeking a proactive Liaison Officer to handle administrative coordination and compliance for our electric vehicle operations. You’ll be the key link between our company, government units, transport cooperatives, and partners, ensuring all permits, licenses, and documents are up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track permits, franchises, licenses, and other regulatory documents.
- Coordinate with government agencies, transport cooperatives, and partners for approvals and compliance.
- Maintain organized records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support field operations with scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, compliance, or government liaison.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for fieldwork.
