About the Role:We are seeking a competitive and driven Field Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships and drive sales performance in the industrial sector. This role requires independent work, collaboration with distributors, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to understand their needs and requirements and deliver value-adding solutions
- Work closely with the channel partners and distributors to drive indirect sales
- Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and customer visit reports on the company CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Data Communications, or Instrumentation)
- Industry knowledge of Process, Energy, Machinery, Factory Automation, or Transportation markets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Willingness to travel
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
