Homemaker Furniture Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or related role
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts and outstanding balances
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and official receipts
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments regarding billing concerns
  • Generate reports on receivables, aging, and collection status
