We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Estimator/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in estimating, document management, and assistance in project management. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent time management, and a willingness to understand and/or learn the concrete construction industry.

• Manage bidding documents and assist with or provide comprehensive project estimates.
• Procure subcontractor pricing, vendor pricing, and any other pre-bid quotes necessary to provide complete bid
• Create project takeoffs using software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, BidConnect, and others.
• Support construction estimating and budgeting processes using HeavyBid and HeavyJob.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Address issues or cost changes promptly during the construction process.
• Assist in project management, write up extras and change orders, and help review job site plan changes and any cost impacts.

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and practices.
• Familiarity with construction documents and drawings is essential.
• Experience working on construction sites is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
