Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a new and exciting opportunity? PACE Prehab & Recovery is seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

• Responsible for all bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records and journal entries
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review
• Assist with the preparation of invoices and ensure timely collections
• Payroll processing by handling various tasks related to managing employee compensation, tax withholdings, and payroll records
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, such as accountants, to ensure financial compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

• At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records and reports.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Familiarity with basic tax laws and payroll regulations.
