WFH Social Media Specialist - Muntinlupa

Job Role Summary/Overview

We need someone to do both social media and marketing, but since we are a government vendor business our audience is captive and we don’t need a lot of social media exposure in different platform business like commercial e-marketing.

• Hourly Rate: Approximately PHP 450
• Paid Hours per Week: 20
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM | Los Angeles, CA time
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Develop and maintain a paid media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Connects with prospects via cold calling or text campaigns
• Work closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.
• Work on Admin stuff

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
