JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Study and review all existing system and process workflow, procedure and policy.
Document all system and process workflow, procedure and policy.
Analyze and identify problems and concerns, develop solutions and/or improvements that will simplify, enhance and achieve high work efficiency.
Develop standard operating process and/or procedures and make sure that it is properly documented, coordinated and discussed to all concerned members, and heads/supervisor.
Monitor implementations of the standard operating process and/or procedures and ensure close coordination with heads and supervisors.
Regularly review and validate results of the implementations of the standard operating process and/or procedures and come up with adjustment if needed.

JOB QUALIFICATION/S:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
minimum of 1 year of work experience in handling process improvement positions.
Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
Knowledge of process engineering software systems
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Analytical, have problem-solving skills, resourceful, effective oral, written, and presentation skills.
willing to be assigned in Laguna St., Sta. Cruz, Manila
