What You Will Do- Real-Time Support: Deliver world-class assistance to advertisers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Solve intermediate to complex issues involving campaign targeting, ad performance, billing, and technical TikTok Pixel tracking.
- Optimization Expert: Guide advertisers on best practices to maximize their platform usage and campaign results.
- Case Management: Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure high service quality.
- Collaborative Growth: Share product feedback with internal teams to improve workflows and contribute to our shared knowledge base.
- Global Impact: Operate effectively in a rotational shift environment to support our diverse global advertiser base across different time zones. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
- Experience: At least 1 year of Technical Support experience in a BPO environment.
- Knowledge: At least 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing or Ad Sales; familiarity with CRM tools is a significant plus.
- Communication: Proficiency in English (at least B2 Level) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Mindset: An analytical thinker who is motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, tech-centric environment
