We're looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure efficiency across all departments. You’ll play a key part in scaling operations, reducing costs, and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in collections, logistics, telecommunications, or similar industries, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in performance metrics (KPIs) and driving results.
- Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with BPO software, CRM tools, and performance management platforms.
- Experience in managing operations, workforce management and process optimization.
