Your Role:
Anticipated Digital Marketing Strategy – Client – B2B
We anticipate the program for our client will be focussed on B2B opportunities and channels. Anticipated areas of focus include:
- A comprehensive LinkedIn Campaign
- Build connections
- Create followers
- Posts
- Sales
- Brochure creation
Coordinate with the owner for Website related marketing including:
- Using AI (and previous articles from client) to write topical blogs and posts
- SEO strategies
- Blogs, posts, and context creation
- Updates or changes
- Create and manage Webinars
- Newsletter creation and engagement
- Working with the owners to create marketing videos including editing, management, and uploading onto relevant platforms
Digital Marketing Strategy – Client – B2C
We anticipate the program for our client will be focussed on B2C opportunities and channels. Anticipated areas of focus include:
- Assist in building and managing the ranking of “Listening” on Amazon (the success of this book is critical to the new business direction)
- Build “pages and following” on relevant social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter? (is it still relevant) for “Listening” and the client website.
- Catchy marketing and (hopefully viral) videos on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, etc – including editing, management, and uploading for “Listening” and Client website
- Coordinate with the owner for Website related marketing including:
- SEO strategies
- Blogs, posts, and context creation
- Updates or changes
General duties include:
- Develop the Digital Marketing Strategy in consultation with the business owners
- Idea generation with the owners – creative ideas to bring more attention to the book and businesses
- The creation of eye-catching memes and posts
- Image creation for social media posts
- Video editing and support (for marketing videos)
- Brochure creation
- Coordinate with owner to use AI to write topical blogs and posts
- Manage Webinars including the invitations
- Generate testimonials for all items (books, online programs, etc)
- Newsletter creation and engagement
What You Need:

Performance Measures Focus:
- Proven ability to drive sales and income generation (online programs, workshops, books, speaking engagements).
- Strong understanding and experience with LinkedIn marketing.
- Ability to generate leads, grow followers, and improve website metrics (ranking, clicks, engagement).
- Competence in increasing subscriptions (newsletters, webinars) and improving campaign performance (click-through rates).
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, taking initiative without constant supervision.
- Creative and strategic use of social media to drive traffic and engagement.
- Understanding of small business dynamics — flexibility and agility in a resource-constrained environment.
- Honest, reliable, hardworking — trustworthiness is essential to business growth.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and tailoring strategies per business need.
Software Competence:
- Ability to work with the current stack: Folk CRM, Sales Navigator, Canva (basic use).
- Comfortable sending basic newsletters through CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications for a digital marketing role.
Preferred skills/experience:
Performance and Growth Focus:
- Experience improving Amazon ranking (for book sales).
- Experience collecting and leveraging testimonials for marketing purposes.
Software and Tools:
- Experience with or willingness to explore new marketing tools and automation software.
Some familiarity with WordPress (even though management is external).
Traits:
- Fast learner open to experimentation and learning from mistakes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on newsletter and campaign performance metrics.
- Creativity in brochure creation using Canva.
