What We Expect from You:

The Employee Relations Specialist supports the implementation and administration of employee relations programs and initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that company policies, procedures, and labor standards are properly communicated and consistently applied.

The Employee Relations Assistant helps address employee concerns, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with various departments to promote a positive and compliant work environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of employee relations policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and labor laws
  • Support the handling of employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding employee-related issues and provide administrative support during investigations and hearings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, notices, and reports.
  • Assist in the conduct of administrative hearings, counseling sessions, and disciplinary meetings.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of incident reports, notices to explain (NTE), and other related documents.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and labor regulations across project sites or departments.
  • Support employee engagement and communication initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to employee relations, including case status, trends, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with other HR functions such as Recruitment and Payroll when necessary to address employee concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
  • With 1–3 years of experience in employee relations or HR support functions
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Working Conditions:

  • Willing to travel to various project sites as required
  • Role requires full-time, on-site presence
