HR Specialist - Quezon City

What you'll do:

• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits plans
• Manage talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Oversee employee onboarding and training, and development programs.
• Provide employee support on HR-related matters (e.g., leaves, compensation) and resolve issues.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and harmonious work environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Manage performance management processes.
• Collect and analyze relevant HR data, including time-to-hire and turnover rates.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
• Improve job satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, new benefits, and team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

We are looking for:

• Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any similar course
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, with proficiency in 2-3 HR areas, and with a strong desire to expand knowledge across other HR functions.
• With experience in delivering HR projects and employee engagement activities
• With proficient knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• With strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrates keen attention to detail and effective time management skills
