- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation
- Assist the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, set up of the buffet areas and all storage areas; specifically, for cleaning disinfection all equipment, utensils, physical work area and waste management system
- Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage Operations and Culinary; with at least 1 year work experience in a service industry-related establishment
- Fresh graduates and those without related work experience are welcome to apply
- Must be physically fit
- Able to do manual tasks
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to work extended hours when required
