Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing staff, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the achievement of sales and profitability goals.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns and feedback.
• Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and development as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Support scheduling, manpower planning, and labor cost management.
• Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, quality, and operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in administrative tasks as required.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
