Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven Key Account Specialist (Shopee | Lazada | TikTok Shop) to oversee the daily operations and growth of our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores.
The successful candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, product catalog administration, pricing audits, product launches, competitor analysis, and market research to maximize product visibility, operational efficiency, and sales performance.This role works closely with Marketing, Creatives, Inventory, and Operations to ensure accurate product information and successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations- Manage Seller Center operations for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Upload new products, update product listings, and maintain catalog accuracy.
- Ensure all product information, specifications, images, attributes, and descriptions are complete and optimized.
- Monitor platform compliance and maintain excellent account health.
- Conduct regular audits of product pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure pricing consistency, promotional accuracy, and correct discount implementation.
- Coordinate with Finance and Management on approved pricing updates.
- Monitor competitor pricing and recommend strategic pricing adjustments.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and images to improve search visibility.
- Monitor listing quality and recommend improvements to increase conversion.
- Ensure products are categorized correctly according to marketplace standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis covering pricing, assortment, promotions, reviews, and marketplace trends.
- Identify new product opportunities based on consumer demand and market insights.
- Prepare market research reports and actionable recommendations for Management.
- Coordinate participation in platform campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to improve traffic and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rate, click-through rate (CTR), and product performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.
- Recommend data-driven initiatives to increase GMV, sales, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Inventory, Warehouse, Customer Service, Creatives, and Marketing to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Ensure new product launches are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, product listing management, and campaign execution.
- Experience in product uploads, pricing audits, and catalog management.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Experience using Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce product listings.
- Experience with marketplace advertisements and promotional tools.
- Familiarity with GMV, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and marketplace analytics.
- Experience handling large SKU catalogs.
