Staff nurse (full-time) - Imus

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing, Associate Degree, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).:
• Updated PRC license
• Compassion, communication, and teamwork.
• Critical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor patients' progress and report significant changes to medical staff.
• Assist patients with daily activities, such as mobility, hygiene, and feeding, when necessary.

• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, such as taking blood samples, monitoring vital signs, or preparing patients for surgeries.
• Manage wound care, catheterization, and other clinical interventions.
• Use medical equipment proficiently and ensure proper sterilization.

• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including treatment plans, medication administration, and clinical observations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and institutional documentation standards.

• Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to deliver cohesive care.
• Mentor and guide junior staff or student nurses, when required.

• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on healthcare practices and protocols.
