About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at REMCO Business Process Outsourcing. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications that are central to our operations.This is a full-time position based in Pampanga, Central Luzon.
What you'll be doing- Design, develop, and implement complex web applications using a full stack approach, including front-end and back-end technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies, frameworks, and trends
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide maintenance and support for existing applications
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our technology infrastructure and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP, and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends
