Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
- Advanced calendar management and scheduling for multiple executives
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism
- Expertise in handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with complex problem-solving skills
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- 4+ years of proven executive assistance experience in a corporate environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
