About the role
AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' is seeking a passionate and customer-focused CSR (Wave 1) Pioneer Account - IT Park Site to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. This fulltime position will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Providing high-quality customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions
- Proficiency in the use of relevant software and systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
